湛翔智 博士 Dr. Hsiang-Chih CHAN
一位創業家的故事，成長過程都是養分。從小見到爺爺及爸爸經營鐵工廠的奮鬥過程，雖未繼承家業，直到今日仍秉持鐵工職人的工作態度與熱忱。國中導師翁惠贈老師教誨「你必須要行銷自己，才有機會做得更好！」，許少華教授在大學專題指導下，啟發了專業電腦程式語言興趣，更提醒「數值模擬可以做任何事，但你要讓它變得真實！」
大學上過張金機教授的港灣工程學及林朝福教授的海岸工程學，引發對海洋學術興趣。考上研究所選擇主修領域時，因魏瑞昌教授提到正在研究碎波噪音測量方法，覺得這應該沒有離大學所學得太遠，沒想到自此踏入水下聲學領域，要學習的不只是海洋，還有聲學、訊號處理、測量方法、儀器操作、...。魏教授常鼓勵一句話「專業是表現在細節上」，至今仍受用無窮！
從大學時期就開始想要創業，想過要去開聯結車隊、裝電腦在商用車上、賣不同口味的雞排、...。直到2000年有了轉變，因美國科學家到台灣進行物理海洋學及海洋聲學實驗，看著各種錨碇、聲納、陣列、儀器都長得其貌不揚，沒想到這些價值連城，每套設備超過進口車售價。有機會看到美國人操作儀器跟軟體，心中想的事情是「我可以做得更好嗎？」
25年來，每天叫我起床的不是鬧鐘，而是海洋夢想。讓海洋變得更好，是我的志業，因此，以我的名為知洋化身，知取自於智，洋取自於湛跟翔。創立知洋科技公司10年來，謝謝家人及員工的支持、包容及努力，不斷地度過創業難關。學以致用是創業的基礎，謝謝逢甲大學水利工程學系、中山大學海下技術研究所、臺灣大學工程科學及海洋工程學研究所，對我的栽培。2023年底出了一本書「鯨聲鯨視必修課」，將這麼多年所學的水下噪音課題付梓，實踐創業初衷與理念，努力讓海洋變得更好。
知洋科技公司累積十年的產品設計及製造技術，將推出水下遙控載具及水下噪音計。我們不只賣產品，還有專業能力和知識。接下來，知洋科技公司將持續投入研發，讓各項產品、設備、軟體的功能齊全，提升品質及技術等級。

Our corporate social responsibility (CSR) is "Ocean sustainability." We would like to become a turnkey solutions provider for ocean renewable energy, ocean resource utilization, and ocean conservation survey; which are including ocean measurement equipment and underwater construction technology. We are able to provide the system design engineering, purchase, installation, operation and maintenance. Moreover, we believe that our professional technologies and qualified services can reach the demands of business customers.

We provide turnkey solutions for Internet of Thing (IoT) in marine industry. Most solutions are based on ocean science and technology, and we have excellent integration technology of hardware and software, which can provide marine service and instrument/equipment manufacturing. We also provide marine monitoring technology and system for big data analysis, which includes underwater sensors, underwater vehicles, seabed-mounted systems, and databuoys. We are a system integrator (SI) to develop more IoT key technology.

知洋科技公司創立於新北市新莊區
Awareocean Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City.
通過經濟部中小企業處「小型企業創新研發計畫(SBIR)」研發水下感測器產品
Developed underwater sensor products through the Small Business Innovation Research and Development Program (SBIR) grant from the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2018
與國內外企業組成師資聯盟，開辦「海洋調查人員培訓技術中心」
Formed an alliance of lecturers with domestic and foreign companies to open the "Marine Investigator Training Center (MITC)."
在「中小企業信用保證基金」直接保證支持下，本公司成功與國內銀行完成融資簽約
With the direct guarantee support of the "SME Credit Guarantee Fund", our company successfully signed a financing contract with a domestic bank.
